High profile commercial project in the heart of the Sydney CBD.

Highlights:

• Scaffold required for the refurbishment of the podium floor encapsulation to carry out demolition works and provide access to install the new façade.
• The solution needed to be a neat, straight scaffold finish to allow for an advertising banner over the outside whilst also allowing stone to be lifted in at each column.
• The profile of the building changed, so the scaffold was altered to allow for the façade to be installed.
