Internal refurbishment to a building with heritage listed features and high end finishes in difficult to reach places.

Highlights:

• Engineered scaffold solutions combined to create monorail lifting systems to get materials from ground floor to levels 1 and then 2. Monorail lifting capacity 1200kg.
• Scissor lifts were no longer able to be placed on the floors with the finishing trades work been completed. So we provided around the clock support in the final 2 weeks to finish the project using aluminium mobile scaffolds.

Aluminium scaffolding was also necessary for finishing this job as it was lightweight and easy to move in small spaces.
